Force foreclosure?
Hello, I currently live in Australia and my mother lives in California. My mother did not pay your loan a few weeks ago and said that the financial institution will take. Unfortunately, I have the money to help that and if you leave the house did not void where to go. His whole family lives here in Australia. Can anyone recommend any way she can get a government grant or advice? Im seek grants in May or advice in Cali. thats all im asking. by the way they get help before default but wouldnt help the financial institution.
Tanya – a defect that probably means he has obtained a document entitled "Notice of Default" In most states, which means you have 120 days from that day in his house, and it will be lost. If it is not a medical condition should be stricken. Do not get up! She has probably lost your job or have had any other incident. If she can not get fixed, good for her. If not, then it must sell before it's too late. I, as a realtor long roots have tried to stop seizures. It is very, very hard, and have not had much success, but I know someone who can help. Please email me the list and I'll give you the e-mails and phone numbers for you or your mother calling Portland, Oregon. John and Kim have stopped closing in Oregon, Washington, California, Florida and Illinois. The average home in California increased in value by 20% last year. This means that if your mother passes, you may lose several thousand dollars. Please write or we can make an appointment to speak with the voice of Yahoo.
