Connecticut, where can I find government property tax exclusion?
Free list need only. If you please let me know how I buy a property in foreclosure and what is the difference from the Normal property.
Tax Executions: Contact the county office in which we live will have a tax list. "Normal" performance: all licensed real estate agent in Connecticut. Differences: Tax executions are properties where the taxes were not paid. Excludes the county or city then sell the property to pay the unpaid tax. "Normal" executions are properties in which the mortgages were not paid. The lender (bank) does not, then sells the property.
