
What is the best way to reach an agreement awesome when buying a home?
I am preparing to take a decision purchase by mid next year for a house. I've heard of bank owned homes, foreclosures, auctions and this not, but I want to make sure I cut as many people as you can and get the most for my money, any suggestions or information is greatly appreciated.
