Forclosure is never an option for her?

I have a house with an ARM-option. I pay only part of the monthly interest for It Therefore, the amount you owe on the house increases each month. It has already exceeded the value of the house and do not want to stay in the region a plus. It is an option to block it? The house are in the market, but does not move (no more than the house of any citizen of another). Some few are about the same size and characteristics of sales of 70 -80 miles below our house. Exclusion is the best long term decision or something that can not recover? My credit is good (not broken, no libraries, no bills overdue, and no delay of payment)

The exclusion should be a last option as it will impact very negatively on your credit. Talk to the bank and discuss the situation. I really do not want more because they have more difficulty than they currently can handle. They have the ability to develop a new arrangement for payment or approval of a short sale, which take less than they should be (may still have a responsibility, however). It will also impact your ability to buy in the near future, or at least get a decent, because they are perceived as higher risk because of their history. Make every effort to sell and pay the difference in regulation. Now, I advocate a debt restructuring. I really like what is not to have to go into foreclosure, including threats to sue the bank that puts Loan program in the wrong. They are the experts, you're not. This may sound crazy, but have to be aggressive to protect your credit, especially as outages and market value of your home continues to decline.
