Can u still get a 100% mortgage in the UK?
Me and my missus are looking to get a mortgage as the prices are so low at moment it would be a great investment, and is much better than wasting money on rent!
However, we have about £5000, which i dont think would be enough for a deposit, especially when you have to pay all the fees! We are only looking at a property valued at £85000.
What are my best options?
You could try for a 95% mortgage and have your fees added to it (apart from solicitor fees), try speaking to an independent mortgage broker who will be able to find the best deals for you, they shouldnt charge for this service either.
