What can the Bank, if I leave my house?
I am able to pay the mortgage each month, but shall not be any financial plan continue to do so. "I can get a house like I have now, and payments will be a little more than half of what I'm paying my house. If I get a second home and then just leave my old house and let it go into foreclosure, which can be bank? Can they garnish wages? charges put on my new house, etc? Or is the recovery house more than a bank can make? I'm Riverside County, California. I have credit cards than I need, do not need more new vehicles and that once you buy a second home, did not need to take care of my credit score at any time near or distant future.
They can sue for breach contract and force the sale of a second home for their losses. Want to put the declaration of the current economic crisis? A little crazy to me.
