bank foreclosure property management

bank foreclosure property management
If the house I am renting is excluded. How long will it take before having to move?

My contract has expired. Management property can not tell me anything. Will the bank let me know my options? Or am I on my own? Is there a website you can find out if they are in foreclosure? The city center is 20 miles. No time to travel to the county recorders office. Do I pay rent to the bank? Or should I continue paying owners? When I pay the rent is suppose to pay the mortgage. Once the bank takes over. I do not feel the owner is entitled to it. Why landlord to receive rent money gathered to pay the mortgage? If the bank, I would take issue with this. What is ethical or not?

If the bank has not contacted with you, they do not possess. If at any foreclosure. There must be something in the door of his brief answers to most of these issues. ie when the bank will by the contacts and possibly who to contact to negotiate if the bank does not end with her. The phone numbers will be there too. You have a contract to be fulfilled until you different courts. The bank wants back pay, but that is not yours until legally possess. If you do not pay that always the right lower default! Good luck
