I live in 3plex and a current owner apparently did not pay the mortgage. It is close to foreclosure. My landlord told me today it has two "deals" to the bank and do not close While these deals are pending. OK fine. What happens to me if / when it goes into foreclosure? Are they close my door? Lie on the ground? How far in advance "legally" have to give? My neighbor received a letter the bank, but have received nothing. I do not have sufficient financial stability to move the short term. CAN NOT evict you on the field or off it! It's illegal. If the VA buys it must legally be given at least 30 days in advance. If the lock market through the bank and takes possession of the new federal law requires they give 90 days notice.
