Foreclosure?

Hello, I'm in a potential foreclosure. I received no notice from my bank, but 2 guys were presented and started taking pictures of my house, the mortgage company. I checked my credit and sample default 3 months, then April, May and June show paid as agreed, but said the mortgage account is closed. Can anyone explain what happens. I am in North Carolina
