Exclusion issues ?????? NJ
Me and my husband are first time buyers and we were interested in buying an exclusion that is not in bad condition and do not require much work. We would like a list of houses that have been excluded for non-payment of the mortgage or taxes. I do not want to visit a Web site where you'll pay for a list is a list of all banks or city. How can I get their hands on this list and I cost anything? Has anyone bought a house in foreclosure in New Jersey? the purchase of a Foreclosure is a good idea for us? can also say to get a loan approval and approval for us more than the cost of home can use the extra money to make renovations.? thank you in advance.
Get a Realtor to work with you. Be specific want to deal with seizures. I am with you and make you understand about these sites for foreclosure. If you know the bank that owns the property then work with them. Banks do not want to keep foreclosed properties as long as their money to it did not produce. There are ramifications in the properties foreclosure. Ask an agent. Do not think a bank will allow you to borrow more than the property value. Who could ask for payment. Pay No PMI – Private Mortgage Insurance. It is a waste of your money and not tax deductible. If you can not put 20% down payment, call the program loan 80/20 or 80/15/5 loan program, where 5 represents a down payment of 5%. Good luck!
