Where I can obtain information for the foreclosure of the bank condos in the Lawrence / Topeka, Kansas?
Information is free. I need a place to live, as soon as possible! I own my house free and clear. It's just that I like where I live. I have a 1br house in an area where everyone has 4 children. I can not find a buyer, and is killing me bit by bit, the more alive there. What the bank websites? Bank of America is a large bank, and no department foreclosure by itself. Please be more specific and useful as passing through a major crisis in my life! I contacted Fannie Mae. If I can help, I'll eat a bullet.
Any real estate agent specializing in foreclosures would be able to help with that. The commissions earned by the estate agent is paid by the seller (the bank) it's still free for you. You can also visit the websites of major banks and REO search (Crisis bank owned) properties. Usually are not sold directly but refer to the dealer. Thanks
