Whats the process of auctioning a foreclosure house ?

And how do you call for the foreclosure lists? Like who’s in charge of it? Banks? Government? Or just realtors?

Kay thanks :D please answer my question .

The process is different from state to state. It starts with the “first legal action” and usually includes a publication in the local newspaper or a notice posted to the door etc and ends with an auction. But every state is different. The way to get a list is again depends on the state, the best way thought is to look in the legal notices of you local newspaper for a notice of sale. Every notice of sale indicates a house that will be auctioned soon.
Just so you know the people who make these lists get the information from the newspapers or the court records and compile it into a list and then charge money for it. But this information is available to the public people just don’t know where to get it but should not have to pay for it.
