"I can not avoid forecloser?

I bought a house four years ago through owner financing, also called seller financing. I went back five or six installments, but now we have only two payments of $ 510. I can do the last two payments this month, however, the seller has notified me by mail that is "accelerating" the note, and the case is to go to court on June 2. My question is, I just can not last two installments, which will make me current lock and avoid. I do not want to lose the house, even if we moved in another house last August. I do not want to lose the entire capital of the first house. I also have the effect of closing listed on my credit file. Is there a way out of this mess? I live in South Texas and Texas law, but apply not know where to look online to see if I have rights.
