How to buy a house, no work history?

I want to buy a house and renting it to my parents. I have about 25000 down, good credit, but no work history. My parents have horrible credit can not shop there, but they were better than average. I'd do a favor for my parents to make the car pathetic they are today and they would make me a favor by giving me the tenants a couple of years until your credit gets a little. I think my question is: Is it possible to buy a house with Only one deposit and no work history If you already have tenants ready to intervene and help the mortgage, and if so, how do I do that?

When you say "no work history, do you mean you're not working? If so, there is no way any mortgage company will loan! The only possible way this could work if their parents are willing to be co-signatories to you. With its credit rating and income, bank * may * be willing to take a risk – when the house you are interest free too. You can always ask. The worst that can happen is that the bank would say no.
