Can I wait until that 2009 to buy a house. Cal. or the increase in house prices
I am a realtor in California, but I do not know what the market is. Nobody really knows. Most "experts" predict that next year at roughly the same as this year, but if someone could give us 100% correct prediction, we'd all be rich … I think prices will rise a little, but my guess is as good as yours.
